Program fees will be used to cover a variety of expenses encountered by the band program that are not funded by the Northside ISD. This document outlines the fee payment options, their due dates, and the MANY items the fees cover for our students. Please read over this, plan payments accordingly, and email adam.casiano@nisd.net if you have questions.

These forms must be completed, signed, printed, and submitted on July 14 or 15 at our Registration Nights. Please do not email us these forms - bring in the completed hard copies.

All 9th and 11th grade students are required to have a physical on file with the program. This physical must be completed by a physician.
