Her research examines how the design and implementation of government interventions impact maternal and child health as well as the economic well-being of minorities and low-income families in the U.S. and Latin America. My research has been published in the Journal of Population Economics, the Journal of Housing Economics, the Journal of Public Policy and Public Administration Review. My research has been funded by The National Science Foundation. I hold a Ph.D. in public affairs from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
