Request Account Deletion

We are sorry to see you go. At JOGO, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data.

How to delete your account:

1. In-App: Go to Profile > Settings > Account Security > Delete Account.

2. Web-Based: Fill out the form below to request a manual deletion by our team.

What happens to your data?

• Immediate Action: Your account will be deactivated, and you will be logged out.

• 30-Day Grace Period: We retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your balance and personal identity (Name/Email) are permanently wiped.

• Social History: Group photos/stories you participated in will be anonymized (your name will be replaced with 'JOGO Member') to preserve the memories of other active members.

Processing Time:

Manual requests via the form below are processed within 48-72 hours.
