My parents were both vocational and technical teachers.  They instilled the importance of vocational education and public education.

It is important to support our educators and make policy decisions that do not make their jobs more difficult.  I believe in our teachers!

ALL students deserve a fair and equitable education.  Fair funding for small and rural communities is imperative.  The recent court decision is important, and we need a board that will advocate for appropriate fair funding.  Notice me in picture to the left at the court house during a fair funding rally.

Students should be encouraged to explore their creativity through the arts and through S.T.E.M. activities. 

The board and community should pursue projects that will last and be useful for multiple generations of students, families, and the larger community.

As a taxpayer in the district I want to make sure that our money is spent wisely.

Forward-thinking is important.  Setting the school district and our students up for success in the FUTURE is imperative.

It is about KIDS!  Making schools inviting, productive, and engaging is critical.

Offering many good curricular and extra curricular opportunities is of the utmost importance.

School safety is paramount.  The safety of our staff and students should be a top priority.
