I am a Research Fellow at the Department of Economics at Tufts University and affiliated with the Center for Labor and a Just Economy (CLJE) at Harvard Law School. Previously, I held postdoctoral positions at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Yale School of Management, and taught in Yale’s Economics Department, and worked at the Research Department of the International Labour Organization (ILO). 

My primary field is applied microeconomics, with a focus on labor, finance, health, social protection, and technology adoption. My research combines theory and applied econometrics to study market failures and the design of interventions to address them. I also work on causal inference and measurement challenges.
