Hello! I'm Joerem, an experienced technical support, customer service, and sales representative with three years of experience in the related field. I am also skilled in bookkeeping and a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. 

An undergraduate in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate of a program in Accountancy, Business and Management in my Senior High School for two years, which gives me a solid foundation in this field. I am into numbers, critical thinking, attention to detail, and can learn new software with ease. Committed to delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations. 

In my previous roles, I utilized tools such as Salesforce-powered CRM. I also know how to utilize Google Platforms, Microsoft Office Suites, Canva Design, Social Media, QuickBooks Online, IBM SPSS, ChatGPT, and am currently learning n8n and GoHighLevel AI Automation.
