Does Joe Care About Education? Or Just Filling His Pockets?

Joe Montoya. A man who showed up out of nowhere and somehow got elected to the Fowler Governing Board. Maybe it was his connections with the AZALAS organization or maybe it was his family member, Francisca Montoya. Either way, Joe has no spine & does whatever Francisca tells him to. Every time the board votes, he looks to her for guidance to ensure he's voting the right way. Watch him at any board meeting and you'll see him barely poke his head out from behind the desk. He hides from the public and doesn't speak into the mic. 

You want to believe that he has some type of conscience about what he is doing, but really, you discover that he has no clue what he's doing. 

Joe works for Advanced Technologies Consultants. A "distributor of name-brand technical training curriculum, equipment, software and furniture." His job is to sell expensive equipment. You know what they say, "Follow the money." Joe has one intention with Fowler, and that is to make as much money as possible and do the bidding of some greater force. If he makes a buck, what does he care about what happens to Fowler, he has no children that attend our schools.  

There is no reason why Joe Montoya should be involved with the goings-on of a school district. He is not a long-time community member, he has no children, he is allegedly related to another board member, and he is incompetent in his position. 

Whatever you do, DO NOT VOTE FOR JOE MONTOYA for FESD Governing Board.
