Designing using the sheet metal function:
In this assignment, I was told to design some kind of "functional" item (meaning I would use it my everyday life), out of sheet metal. So I decide to make something to hold the supplements for my chickens. In other words, a chicken feeder. Since this would most likely be in the elements, and needed to be safe for the chickens, I chose to make it out of stainless steel. First, using the sheet metal function in Fusion 360, I designed a chicken feeder out of sheet metal, then I created a tool path for the part. Next I cut it out using a water jet.
Tool path:
The tool we used to cut the part out of the sheet metal was a Flow, Mach 3, 2513b waterjet.

Another part of the assignment was to create a technical drawing/or blueprint of the chicken feeder using Fusion 360.
