About Joel

 I am enrolled in the Clover Park Technical College Mechatronics Program, projected to graduate in the spring of 2024.

I am a mechatronics engineer with a talent for creative problem-solving through research and general analysis. I am enthusiastic about learning and have experience in both teamwork and leadership, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

I have academically demonstrated proficiency in various systems, including robotics, motors and drives/VFDs, industrial networking, design and fabrication, programming and wiring of PLC/HMIs, etc.

I also have experience in customer service, anywhere from owning my own handyman’s business, being a retail assistant at a hardware store, waiting tables at a local restaurant, to being a tour guide on a whale watch boat in Alaska.
