I have consulted with many organisations to boost their reach and help them achieve their goals. It simply starts with a conversation.
I can:
spot opportunities to create engaging content
ask the right questions to help you focus on your message
build your goals into the way content is created
help you plan realistically within your budget
deliver teaching and training in writing, editing, and animation
help you break into new territory in the way you and your team communicate online
I helped Human Rights Watch Film Festival deliver their most successful festival with PR, outreach and digital communication, introducing new formats such as live-docs to their social media output, and bringing on new strategic partners.
The Russell Group of Universities wanted to boost uptake of their reports but were constrained by an outdated website. Then, their Parliamentary launch event was spiked by the COVID pandemic. I built them a multimedia microsite, filmed interviews with students and Ministers, and helped deliver their most-downloaded report. (I built the analytics to help them keep track). I produced their first accessible large-print report which led to an invite to an APPG on disability. They asked me to build another microsite for their next accessibility report: Realising Our Potential.
At The Garden Cinema, I increased Youtube channel growth by 150% year-on-year. I built partnerships, created and distributed videos which are now part of film studies university curricula and featurettes on Blu-Ray discs. I created a Youtube shorts format to boost reach, trained staff, and worked on popular events that put us on the map.
For The Spectator, I automated parts of their online publishing process, built a new online shop, and introduced animated covers to their social media feed and WHSmith shopfronts. This was a period of consistent revenue growth. I became their resident poetry fanatic, appearing on their podcast to read poems from each issue, to promote them as a national publisher of contemporary poetry.
