Jocelin R. Deneweth has enjoyed stories every since her second grade teacher made her switch over to chapter books. She never considered creating her own until she moved to Minnesota and met Mrs. Nelson, who encouraged her creativity. Ever since, she can't seem to stop. 

These teachers inspired her to become an ELAR teacher, focusing on Middle School in Central Texas, where she hopes she too can inspire even just one student. 

She is "mom" to three wonderful puppies and a baby girl, who came on Halloween. They live in the beautiful hill country where she gets to watch them grow. 

Right now, she's working with other authors to learn about the industry and their writing processes, while also getting herself back into reading despite a busy schedule.
