This Privacy Policy describes how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by Jobrove. Jobrove (collectively, "Jobrove," "we", "us" or "our") provides our services to you under these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") helps explain our data practices, including the information we process to provide our Services.

Our commitment is to put users first. We strive to be transparent about how we collect and use information from our users, to keep the information we collect secure, and to provide meaningful choices for users.

Jobrove deliberately avoids collecting data that identifies specific individuals (such as name, physical address, curriculum vitae document, and other personal data) as far as possible. Jobrove has appointed a Data Protection Officer to ensure Jobrove maintains safe and consistent practices regarding your data and privacy.

For example, our Privacy Policy talks about what information we collect and how this affects you. It also describes the steps we take to protect your privacy, such as building our Services so that messages sent are not stored by us and giving you control over who you communicate with on our Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services unless otherwise specified. Please also read the Jobrove Terms of Service ("Terms"), which describes the terms on which you use and we provide our Services.

We receive and store information about you such as:

1. Your activities on the Jobrove service, such as searching for jobs or selecting jobs, topic queries, chatting and other services.

2. Your interactions with email and chat on our features, as well as with our messages through online messaging channels and push messaging.

3. Device IDs or other unique identifiers, including for network devices and your WiFi network.

4. Resettable device identifiers (also known as advertising identifiers), such as those found on mobile devices, tablets and streaming media devices that contain such identifiers (see the "Cookies and Internet Advertising" section below for more information).

5. Software and device characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information (including type, such as WiFi or cellular), page view statistics, referral source (e.g., referring URL), and IP address (which can tell us your general location).

6. Information collected through the use of cookies and other technologies, including advertising data (such as information about the availability and delivery of advertisements, site URLs, and date and time).

We also obtain information from other sources. We protect this information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Statement, and additional restrictions imposed by the data source. These sources vary over time, but may include:

1. Online and offline data providers who provide us with aggregated, interest-based, demographic data relating to online advertising.

2. Provision of data in the form of information to support content display (such as job categories, companies, specification details, etc.).

Access to Account and Features

• Account and Profile
  Please note that features are available to everyone using your Jobrove account, so anyone with access to your Jobrove account can navigate and use, and edit.

You should make this clear to others who have access to your account, and if you do not want them to use or change your profile, be sure to let them know.

Account users may be given the opportunity to add credentials such as email addresses, phone numbers, curriculum vitae or other information to the profile and will receive notice of collection and use when such information is requested (Profile Privacy Notice will apply).

• Features

The features available allow users to have a different and unique Workday experience, shaped by the wide variety of jobs offered, professional and high credibility companies, job approval lists, and other features.

Your Choices

• Push Notification

You can choose to receive mobile device push notifications from Jobrove. On some device operating systems, you will be automatically registered to receive notifications. If you later decide that you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use the settings function of your mobile device to disable them.

• Whatsapp

If you have activated WhatsApp messages in connection with your Jobrove account or profile and no longer wish to receive them, you can use the WhatsApp application settings to block them.

• Interest Based Advertising

Interest-based advertising is online advertising tailored to your possible interests based on your use of various applications and websites on the Internet. If you use a mobile device, tablet, or streaming media device that includes a resettable device identifier, then that identifier can be used to help determine your possible interests. For your choice of interest-based advertising from Jobrove.

Your Information and Rights

You can request access to your personal information, or correct or update any inaccurate or outdated personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

When you visit the "Account" section of our app, you have the ability to access and update various information about your account, including credential information and various related information about your account (such as content you have viewed and rated). You must be logged in to access the "Account" section.

For more information on how to access your information, including our verification process, please refer to the forums we have provided through the Telegram and Whatsapp applications to directly ask the admin everything.

We may refuse requests that are unreasonable or not required by law, including requests that are highly impractical, may require disproportionate technical effort, or may expose us to operational risks such as free trial scams.

We may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to respect your choices, for our billing or record purposes, and to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

We take reasonable steps to destroy or securely delete personally identifiable information when it is no longer needed.

We use administrative, logical and managerial measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use and modification.

These measures are designed to provide an appropriate level of security against the risk of processing your personal information.

We will update this privacy statement from time to time in response to changing legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will provide notice of such changes (including when they take effect) in accordance with law.
