This Privacy Policy describes how the "Job Circular" mobile application ("the App"), developed by SoftSync Solution, handles user information. Our commitment is to ensure your privacy and provide a secure experience.

1. Our Data Principles & Information We Do NOT Collect

The "Job Circular" app is designed with a fundamental commitment to user privacy. We do not collect, store, share, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information from our users for our own purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other contact information.

• Login credentials, account details, or user IDs.

• Financial information or payment details.

• Location data.

• Sensitive information of any kind.

Our App functions solely as a viewer and aggregator of publicly available information. No user accounts are required, and therefore, no personal data is ever collected or stored by us.

2. Device Information, Identifiers, and Push Notifications

While we do not collect personal data, the App does interact with certain device information to provide core functionalities:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Tokens: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver real-time push notifications for new job circulars, exam schedules, and results (if you have enabled notifications). To facilitate this, Firebase assigns a unique "Instance ID" or "FCM registration token" to each app installation. This token is a device identifier collected by Firebase.

• Advertising IDs: We utilize the Android Advertising ID (AAID) for advertising purposes, as detailed in Section 5.

Note: While we, the developers, do not use these identifiers to personally identify you, they are collected and processed by Google (via Firebase and AdMob) for the purposes of routing notifications and displaying advertisements.

3. Handling of Files and Documents

The "Job Circular" app allows you to view and interact with official circulars and documents (such as PDFs and images) sourced from government websites:

• Internal Viewing: To display these documents directly within the App's built-in viewer, the App temporarily processes and loads the necessary PDF or image data. This data is briefly held in your device's internal memory or private cache solely for the purpose of rendering the document for immediate viewing. This process is essential for providing the core functionality of displaying job circulars directly within the App. This data is cleared when no longer needed for viewing or when the app's cache is cleared.

• User-Initiated Saving/Downloading: If you choose to persistently save or download a circular, the App will prompt you to save the file to your device's storage. This process is handled by your device's operating system, which ensures that you have full control over the file's location. The App does not have broad access to your external storage.

• No Sharing: The App does not share these document files with any third parties for their own purposes.

4. App-Specific Features (Search & Bookmark)

The App provides functionalities designed to enhance your experience:

• Search Functionality: The App offers an in-app search feature allowing you to filter and find specific job circulars or results based on keywords. All search queries are processed locally within the app to filter the dynamic content it displays. No search queries or results are collected or stored by us.

• Bookmark Functionality: You can bookmark job circulars or results within the App for quick access. This bookmark information (e.g., the ID of the circular you bookmarked) is stored locally on your device only within the App's private data storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers, nor is it shared with any third parties. It is solely for your convenience to revisit favorited content.

5. Third-Party Advertising and App Activity

This App is supported by advertisements and uses analytics services. We use the following third-party services, which may collect and process data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob: An advertising service used to display ads. AdMob automatically collects and processes certain data to serve, personalize, and measure advertisements. This includes identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), app activity and interactions, and device/network information.

• Google Firebase Analytics: An analytics service used to measure app performance and understand user behavior. This data helps us improve the user experience and fix bugs. Data collected may include device identifiers, app usage, and crash reports.

We do not have direct access to this specific user-level data collected by these third parties, and their data processing is governed by Google’s own policies.

6. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The "Job Circular" app itself does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for our own purposes. However, Google AdMob and Google Firebase may utilize cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information for the purposes of advertising and analytics.

7. Information from Official Sources

The primary function of the "Job Circular" app is to provide users with access to publicly available job circulars, examination schedules, and results. All such information is sourced directly from official government websites of Bangladesh (as listed in our Google Play Store description). We do not create, modify, or store this official data ourselves beyond displaying it for user convenience.

8. Links to Other Sites

This App may contain links to other sites (the official government sources) that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
