Job Box is designed to help users organize and track their job applications entirely on their device.

Job Box does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

All information you enter into the application, including:

• Company names

• Job roles

• Locations

• Application dates

• Job URLs

• Notes

• Job description screenshots

is stored only on your device using local storage (Hive Database).

We do not have access to your data.

Internet Connection

The application does not require an internet connection to function.

Internet access is only used if you choose to open an external job URL from within the application.

Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on your device.

If you uninstall the application, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted unless you have created your own backup.

Third-Party Services

Job Box does not use:

• Google Analytics

• Firebase

• Crashlytics

• Advertising SDKs

• Tracking SDKs

• Cloud Storage

• Authentication Services

No information is shared with any third party.

Permissions

Job Box may request the following permission:

Photos and Media

Used only when you choose to attach job description screenshots to a job application.

The application never uploads these images anywhere.

Children's Privacy

Job Box is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Since all information remains on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device.

Job Box does not transmit your data over the internet.

Your Rights

Because your information remains entirely on your device:

• You may edit your data at any time.

• You may delete any job application whenever you choose.

• You may permanently remove all stored data by uninstalling the application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any future updates will be reflected by changing the Effective Date at the top of this page.
