Welcome to my webpage!

I am a third year Phd student at IMPA, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working under the supervision of professor Claudio Landim. In the academic year of 2024/2025 and also from 07/23 to 12/23 I had the great pleasure of being a visiting scholar in IST Lisbon under the supervison of professor Patricia Gonçalves.

My research area is Probability Theory, in particular in its applications to Non-Equilibrium Statistical Mechanics. More precisely, the following topics:

Scaling Limits of Interacting Particle Systems: Hydrodynamic Limits, Large Deviations, Non-Equilibrium Fluctuations, Stochastic Chains of Oscillators, Diffusive and Superdiffusive Systems.

I am also interested in applications of optimal transport and functional inequalities in probability theory.
