JO & NA SHOWS is a professional entertainment company based in Menorca, Spain, producing high-quality live music and performance shows for hotels, venues and corporate clients across Europe.
Our productions blend Soul, Motown, R&B, Afro-Pop, Pop, and Retro Classics, performed by talented international cast members.
Since launching our company in 2005, we have worked with hundreds of performers from South Africa, Europe and Latin America — and we are now casting for our Summer 2026 season.

Return Flights
Fully covered travel to and from Spain for the contract.

Shared cast accommodation included for the duration of your contract.

Who We’re Casting
Who We’re Casting
Male & female singers comfortable performing in English
Styles: Soul, Motown, R&B, Afro-Pop, Pop, Reggae
Strong stage presence & willingness to dance
Age: 18–38 preferred
Ability to travel and live abroad
Team players with a positive attitude
South African citizens (Cape Town callbacks and rehearsals required)
Step 1 — Register Online
Complete the audition registration form with your details.
Step 2 — Submit Your Audition Videos
Prepare and upload 2 required videos + optional 3rd video.
Step 3 — Callback Audition in Cape Town
Shortlisted performers will be invited for live vocal & choreography callbacks.
Step 4 — Final Selection & Contract
Selected performers will receive contracts and instructions for rehearsals (Feb - Apr).
Step 5 — Start Performance Contract in Spain
Perfomance period is from May till October.
