I have 14 years of experience across administration, marketing, operations, recruitment, and education, and I’m currently completing my Master’s in Educational Psychology. Over the years, I've gained hands-on experience improving processes and making learning easier for both teams and individuals.
In my work as a Virtual Assistant, I often had to train new hires and create process documentation completely from scratch because there was no training in place, and I was the only one who knew the entire process within the company. Aside from this, I homeschool my children, one of whom has special needs. These experiences taught me how to break down complex processes into clear, practical steps that people can actually follow.
Being a Team Leader & ESL Instructor for Koreans in 2014-2015, and homeschool educator since 2018, has given me plenty of experience making learning goals and materials flexible and keeping people engaged—whether they’re school-aged kids or corporate teams.
