Joan Nuguid is an award winning interdisciplinary artist working in animation and installation. Her practice is rooted in identity, displacement and shifting power dynamics. Through interactive works she aims to explore the different dimensions and meanings  of “relationship” as an umbrella term that encompasses the entire experience of being human. She has exhibited locally for Ignite Gallery, TAIS in Paradise Theatre, and more recently in Namara Projects for DesignTO festival.
