WHAT TO DO ON CONCERT DAY

Saturday 15th November 

Greenhalgh Theatre, Lindfield Learning Village

What to do on the day ..

All students are to arrive at 1.30pm with hair and make-up done in normal dance attire (not their costume) to have their name marked off and be shown to their designated dressing room.

• Please place your child's costumes and their shoes in the change-room and leave your child in our care. 

• At 4.30pm 1x parent per child can come to the change-rooms to help their child get ready for the concert.  You will receive a wristband for one parent when you drop your child off at 1.30pm, which will give you access to the change-rooms throughout the concert. 

• If your child is in more than 3 dances and needs assistance changing their costumes during the concert, please meet them in their designated change room to help throughout the show. We will have staff available to help your children, so please only come backstage if absolutely necessary. 

Doors open for the audience at 5:15pm. We ask all students are ready in their change-room by 5.20pm sharp for a final roll call before the show starts at 5.30pm. 

Important Reminders:

• Pack some costume-friendly snacks and water, as students will be given time to eat a quick snack before the show!

• Parents will not be permitted in the hall during stage rehearsals. Food & Beverage options will be available outside to enjoy whilst you are waiting.
