In 2022 I had a decision to make, whether I was going to pursue a career I had wanted to for an incredibly long time or whether to head to college to get a money earning job and secure my future. I decided the passion I had for the creative arts was too much to pass up, I spent years prior as a child editing youtube videos, creating short films, putting on shows for my parents, not knowing what the future would hold I took that hard step and attended a Media specialised college to study Film/TV.

I do not regret that decision.

Now at 19 years old, Im studying Filmmaking at Northern Film School, specialising in Cinematography but my passion lies in lighting. To me, Lighting is one of the MOST important parts of film, and no matter how im involved whether it be as a Lighting Assistant all the way up to a Gaffer, my interest is always peaked and I have such an incredible time.
