The identity of reviewers is concealed from authors
This process ensures fair, unbiased, and objective evaluation of manuscripts.
Initial Editorial Screening
Manuscripts are checked for journal scope, format, originality, and ethical compliance.
Submissions failing to meet basic requirements may be rejected at this stage.
Peer Review Assignment
Eligible manuscripts are sent to two or more subject experts for review.
Review Evaluation
Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

Clarity of presentation
Ethical compliance
Validity of conclusions
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer recommendations, the Editor may decide:
Accept
Accept with minor revisions

Peer review process: 2–4 weeks
Final decision: Communicated via email to the corresponding author
All submitted manuscripts and reviewer reports are treated as strictly confidential. Reviewers are not permitted to share or use unpublished material for personal or professional purposes.
Reviewers are expected to:

Declare any conflict of interest
Maintain confidentiality
Identify relevant literature not cited by the authors
Authors are required to:
Respond to reviewer comments respectfully and thoroughly
Submit revised manuscripts within the stipulated time
Ensure accuracy and transparency in reported data
The Editor-in-Chief holds the final authority regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer recommendations and the journal’s academic standards.
