JMLASHED Creator Team Rules

1. Be professional when representing JMLASHED

Creators must represent JMLASHED in a respectful, honest, and professional way. Do not speak negatively, argue online, harass others, or use JMLASHED’s name in messy situations.

2. Do not speak as the owner or customer service

Creators cannot make final decisions for JMLASHED, promise free products, confirm discounts, approve affiliates, handle complaints, or answer questions they are unsure about.

Use this wording instead:

“Please message JMLASHED directly for product or order questions.”

3. Gifted products must be used for content

Gifted products are sent in exchange for agreed content, product feedback, tags, and permission for JMLASHED to repost/use submitted content.

Creators should submit content within the agreed timeline, usually:

within 30 days of delivery

unless another timeline is approved.

4. Paid content must be approved before payment

Paid creators are paid based on the agreed content package. Payment is sent after content is submitted, reviewed, and approved unless another agreement was made.

JMLASHED may request reasonable edits if the content does not match the agreed deliverables.

5. Affiliate links/codes are approved only

Not every creator automatically receives an affiliate link or code.

Affiliate access is only given to approved Creator Affiliates. JMLASHED may remove affiliate access for misuse, spam, false claims, inappropriate content, or failure to follow program guidelines.

6. Do not misuse discounts or affiliate codes

Creators cannot:

use their own code for personal bulk discount abuse,
create fake orders,
spam their link,
make misleading posts,
share private codes not meant for the public,
pretend a discount is bigger than it is,
or tell people false information to get sales.

7. Always disclose gifted, paid, or affiliate partnerships

Creators must clearly disclose when they receive gifted products, payment, commission, affiliate links, or discounts from JMLASHED. The FTC says creators should disclose brand relationships when endorsing products, including free products, affiliate links, or paid partnerships, and the disclosure should be easy to notice and understand.

8. Content must be honest

Creators should only share honest experiences with JMLASHED products. Do not make fake reviews, false claims, fake retention results, or exaggerated promises.

Do not say things like:

“This glue works for everyone.”
“You’ll get perfect retention no matter what.”
“This product guarantees no irritation.”

Say things like:

“This worked well in my room conditions.”
“I liked the texture and curl.”
“My client came back with good retention.”

9. Content quality matters

Content should be clear, clean, and useful.

Try to submit:

client full set videos,
before/after photos,
close-up lash set clips,
retention checks,
unboxings,
product reviews,
lash maps,
glue/primer/bonder routines,
raw clips for JMLASHED to edit.

Avoid:

dark videos,
blurry photos,
messy backgrounds,
unclean workspaces,
unsafe lash practices,
or content with inappropriate music/captions if JMLASHED will repost it.

10. Upload content correctly

Creators should upload content to their assigned Google Drive folder or submit links through the Content Submission Form.

File names should look like:

IGHandle_Product_ContentType_Date

Example:

lashbymia_premades_fullset_06-12
lashbymia_glue_retentioncheck_06-20

11. JMLASHED can repost/use submitted content

By submitting content, creators give JMLASHED permission to repost and use approved content for:

social media,
website,
email marketing,
promotional materials,
ads if agreed,
product pages,
and brand content.

If a creator wants JMLASHED to ask before using content for ads, they should select that option on the submission form.

12. Communication is required

Creators should communicate if they need more time, have product issues, cannot complete content, or need help.

No communication after receiving products may affect future gifted, paid, or affiliate opportunities.

13. Product safety and sanitation matter

Creators should use JMLASHED products professionally and safely. Do not create content showing unsafe application, unsanitary tools, poor isolation, eye irritation being ignored, or anything that could hurt client trust.

14. Outreach/collab creators cannot promise anything

Outreach team members cannot promise free products, payments, discounts, giveaways, sponsorships, vendor spots, or partnerships.

They should say:

“I’m submitting your info to JMLASHED for review.”
“If it’s a good fit, the brand owner will reach out.”

15. JMLASHED may remove creators from the team

JMLASHED may remove a creator from the program for:

no communication,
not submitting agreed content,
misusing codes/links,
false claims,
unprofessional behavior,
unsafe content,
harassment/drama,
or misrepresenting the brand.
