I’m Jacob Hainsworth, owner and Chartered Physiotherapist at JMH Therapies, a physiotherapy-led home clinic based in Creswell.

I provide personalised treatment to help people with pain, injuries and movement problems. Every appointment combines my physiotherapy knowledge with hands-on treatment to help you understand your problem and create a plan to get you moving again.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, with further training in sports massage, medical acupuncture and dry needling, dry cupping therapy, and taping and strapping.
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, with further training in sports massage, medical acupuncture and dry needling, dry cupping therapy, and taping and strapping.
Alongside my NHS experience, I have supported local sports clubs including Boyles Pro Boxing and Worksop Rugby Club. I have also volunteered at the 2026 London Marathon and supported Lewis Moody’s 500 mile cycle challenge for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, helping raise awareness and funds for Motor Neurone Disease.
