Raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Jalen Harris always had a longing to tell the best stories. Whether it was penciled comic strips in elementary school to short stories in middle school, the boy was born to storytell.
During his attendance at the Center for Creative Arts (CCA), he bettered his craft and dabbled in poetry, prose, even publishing a novel outside of school, Clementine (2019). In his junior and senior year, he decided to take steps toward filmmaking: screenwriting.
Now, fresh out of high school, and eyes up to a bright future, he writes short scripts of tear-jerking drama but finds comfort with his witty, ridiculous humor, and intends to widen his versatility in SCAD (Savannah College for Art and Design).
