You can find contacts, my social network footprint, information on my professional experience within academia and brief industry.
On the research space there is a list for my publications, links to access my research output, a brief context on my research interests and links to access data from my published research.
There is also some content on my other non-geological interests for those interested as well.
Be my guest and contact me if you must.
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Camborne School of Mines - University of Exeter since August 2021.
Member of the NL4D project funded by Anglo American on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex.
Education
Bachelor of Sciences, Geology, 2011, São Paulo State University (UNESP)
Master in Geosciences and Environment, 2015, São Paulo State University (UNESP)
PhD. in Geology and Natural Resources, 2020, University of Campinas (UNICAMP)
I am a geologist, (former?) exploration geologist that is interested in the tectonic evolution of areas bearing mineral deposits.
I use multi-proxies from geology data, geophysics, geochemistry and isotope geochronology to derive insights on the lithosphere evolution and how the it promotes the concentration of metals and other commoditties in (relatively) tiny spots on Earth.
I have been awarded my PhD by the University of Campinas (UNICAMP, Campinas, Brazil). My work comprised spearheading the use of satellite gravity data to model crustal structure and obtain proxies for the regional framework of areas hosting Copper and Gold deposits in Brazil and Australia.
During my doctoral research I have been a research intern in the University of Trieste, Trieste, Italy in 2016. I have spent two seasons as research intern at the Structural Geophysics Group at Monash University (Australia).
I have been with Vizlab - X-Reality and Geoinformatics as Research Fellow from 2020 to 2021 researching in the space of computer vision, geoadata visualization and artificial intelligence applications for geoscience. That included both research practice and supervision.
