Terms of Service

By using the services of JMF Auto Performance (hereafter referred to as “technician”, “Contractor”, “Us”, “We”), you (hereafter referred to as “Client”, “Customer”, “You”) agree to the terms of this agreement without modification by you. The above-mentioned parties hereby agree to the following terms.

Right to Cure: In the unlikely event that a member of JMF Auto Performance damages the customer's vehicle. Our insurance provider or we may cover damages with proven liability. Any issues that occur 12,000 miles or 3 months after the repair are not our liability.  If the damages cannot be repaired on-site or rescheduled, and for some reason, if our facility is unable to perform the required repairs, we can find a third-party facility of our choice to perform them.

Operating and Accessing Your Vehicle: Clients agree to grant the technician access to perform any required repairs. If the contractor decides it’s necessary to start or move the vehicle, they are authorized to do so.

Quality of Service: We guarantee to fix automotive issues within the constraints of our tools, using OEM or OE-like parts unless the client advises otherwise. Parts may include a warranty through the vendor. After every job is complete, our technicians will perform a test drive or diagnostic to ensure issues addressed have been fixed or accounted for. Extra Fees and Payment Terms: The Estimated price must be paid for in full before any work is done on the vehicle. The estimated price should cover any mentioned parts and is not the final price. A final invoice will be given to you with the final price on parts and labor. The estimate you have paid will be discounted from the final price. If payment has not been received by the due date listed on the invoice, you will be contacted. The contractor may press charges 48 hours after the listed due date on the invoice. Vehicles kept on JMF’s Property for more than 48 hours may be charged a storage fee if not coordinated to stay for longer than 48 hours.

Content and reviewing: We may use your property for promotional advertising. 

All Sales are final
