On the 19th of May 2023, IITTP held an international workshop titled 'Trust-Transparency and the Transnational Management of COVID-19. Researchers from Hong Kong, Poland, Brazil, and Germany presented their findings relevant to the role of trust in dealing with the public management of COVID-19. The Keynote speech was offered by the Head of the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macao, Mr. Thomas Gnocchi. He underlined the comprehensive response of the European Union to the COVID-19 pandemic.
