Jamal Mohamed College

The college was started in 1951 by Janab. M. Jamal Mohamed Sahib and Janab N.M. Khajamian Rowther. The college campus is located in Tiruchirappalli, India and is affiliated to Bharathidasan University with Status of Autonomous Institution. The primary objective of the college is to provide higher education to the downtrodden and socially backward sections of the society in general and Muslim minority in particular. The college is Re-accredited (3rd Cycle) with 'A' grade by NAAC. The college has been identified as the "College with Potential for Excellence" by the UGC.

The JMC Alumni Association was established in the year 1963.

The main objective of the JMC Alumni Association is to provide assistance to students of Jamal Mohamed College through scholarships and to provide assistance in academics, placement or any other area that is felt appropriate by the association and the College. The association shall also work towards better interaction between the alumni and students by providing forums and creating opportunities for such interactions.

Other objectives are:

To provide an association through which the Alumni of Jamal Mohamed College around the globe, staff members and students of the college can interact with each other for mutual benefit and to serve as a link between the management and the former students. To facilitate and encourage alumni and philanthropists to contribute towards improvement in the status of the College in areas pertaining to academics, infrastructure, industry interactions and any other area that the alumni and the College feel appropriate. JMC Koothanallur Chapter is latest established chapter in May 2018.

06 May 2018 ஞாயிறு காலை 10 மணிக்கு நமதூர் ஜாமிஆ பெண்கள் தொடக்கப் பள்ளியில் நடைபெற்ற விழாவில் கல்லூரி முதல்வர் மற்றும் துணை முதல்வர்,கல்லூரி தாளாளர்,பொருளாளர், துணைச் செயலாளர், இயக்குனர்கள், மூத்த பேராசிரியர்கள் அனைவரும் பங்கேற்று சிறப்பித்தனர்.

திருச்சி ஜமால் முஹம்மது கல்லூரியில் கடந்த காலத்தில் செயல் பட்டுவந்த கூத்தாநல்லூர் மாணவர் சங்கம் மீண்டும் புதுப்பொலிவுடன் இன்ஷா அல்லாஹ் 05/01/2019 சனிக்கிழமை காலை சரியாக 10 மணிக்கு JMC AL MAN HALL A/C ஆடிட்டோரியத்தில் துவக்கம் காண்கிறது.

ஜமாலில் கல்வி பயிலும் கூத்தாநல்லூர்,பொதக்குடி,பூதமங்கலம் வட்டார மாணவர்கள் அனைவர்களும் அவசியம் பங்கேற்று சிறப்பிக்கும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
