The project involves 11 lot community titled subdivision and 20 dwelling construction. Due to inadequate local infrastructure, the site presented a number of challenges. As the architect for the project, we acted as the primary point of communication between the council, the NSW RFS, Hunter Water, and the consultant team, coordinating across all parties to untangle the project complexities and secure DA approval.
