ABOUT ME
I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan. My research integrates structural biology and computational biophysics to dissect the molecular mechanisms of the phage–host interactions. By applying Cryo-EM, Cryo-ET, and MD simulations, I am currently studying the structure and dynamics of bacteriophage sub-components and delineating their key role in phage–host interaction. The finding would provide foundation for future mycobacterium phage-engineering efforts.
