If you want a specialized accessory to transform standard earbuds into a secure, comfortable seal for long vlogging sessions, choose JLab Cloud Foam Earbud; if you need a rugged, stylish protective pouch to carry your phone and gear while filming on the go, choose GLOBLELAND Black Cat Cell.
These two products occupy completely different spaces in a creator's kit, yet both are essential for anyone serious about open ear earbuds for vlogging or protecting their equipment. One is an internal upgrade designed to improve the physical experience of wearing audio gear, while the other is an external solution designed to keep that gear safe from the elements and accidental drops. Understanding this fundamental difference is the only way to make a smart purchase decision without getting confused by the mismatched categories.
• JLab Cloud Foam Earbud: The biggest strength is its ability to create a custom, moisture-wicking seal that eliminates ear fatigue during long wear; the trade-off is that it is merely an accessory requiring existing earbuds with standard nozzles. This pick is for creators who already own earbuds but struggle with fit or sweat during extended recording sessions.
• GLOBLELAND Black Cat Cell: The biggest strength is its durable nylon construction with a shockproof design and versatile crossbody strap that protects phones, headphones, and watches from dust and abrasions; the trade-off is that it offers zero audio functionality and serves strictly as a storage carrier. This pick is for vloggers who need hands-free transport for their devices and accessories while moving through crowded streets or outdoor locations.
The JLab Cloud Foam eartips are engineered specifically for the person who spends hours wearing their audio gear and constantly fights against discomfort. Unlike standard silicone tips that can feel hard or cause pressure points after an hour, these memory foam tips expand to fill your unique ear canal shape. This expansion creates a personalized seal that not only improves passive noise isolation but also keeps the buds securely in place. For a vlogger, this means you can focus entirely on your content creation rather than constantly adjusting your earbuds because they have slipped out or started to hurt.

The material itself is a game-changer for active use. It features a moisture-wicking property that allows you to push through hot days or sweaty workouts without the tips losing their integrity or feeling clammy. This makes them ideal for marathon recording sessions, early morning runs where you might be speaking into a microphone, or long travel days where comfort is paramount. If you have ever felt that "gel eartips just don't feel right," this is the specific upgrade you need to stop the ear fatigue and start enjoying a better listening experience.
However, you must understand what this product is before buying. It is not a standalone pair of headphones; it is a replacement tip set compatible with most in-ear earbuds that have standard nozzle sizes. You will find them working seamlessly with popular models like the JBuds Pro Signature, Epic Sport Wireless, or Epic Executive Active Noise Canceling Wireless Earbuds. If you do not currently own earbuds or your current ones have non-standard nozzles, this item alone will not solve your audio needs. It is purely an enhancement for those who already have the hardware but lack the perfect fit.
On the other side of the equation sits the GLOBLELAND Black Cat Cell Phone Sleeve, a piece of gear designed for the creator who is always on the move. This is not about sound quality or fit; it is about survival and organization in the field. Constructed from high-quality nylon, this pouch is waterproof and shockproof, meaning it can protect your electronic devices from dust, scratches, and the inevitable abrasion of being tossed around in a bag or worn across your body. For someone using best bone conduction headphones for vlogging or any sensitive camera equipment, having a dedicated, rugged container is a necessity rather than a luxury.
The design philosophy here centers on accessibility and protection. The top of the pouch features high-tack double-sided closures that prevent items from falling out while still allowing for quick and easy opening and closing when you need to grab your phone mid-shoot. With dimensions of 7.1×3.9 inches, it accommodates most smartphones, making it a universal solution for modern devices. Beyond just the phone, the spacious interior allows you to store headphones, watches, bank cards, sunglasses, and keys all in one place. This consolidation is vital for vloggers who need to keep their hands free and their gear organized while navigating busy environments.
What sets this apart for mobile creators is the adjustable lanyard. The detachable strap measures 51.18 inches in total length, which can be configured as a cross-body strap or a neck lanyard depending on your preference and activity level. This ensures that your expensive equipment stays secure against your body, reducing the risk of dropping your phone while trying to frame a shot or manage a tripod. Whether you are a woman or a man looking for a practical way to carry your tech, this sleeve blends utility with a playful aesthetic featuring a black cat pattern. It is the perfect companion for those who prioritize durability and hands-free convenience over style alone.

In my opinion, if you are building a kit specifically for vlogging, you likely need the GLOBLELAND Black Cat Cell first. As a vlogger, the logistics of carrying your phone and keeping your equipment safe while you move around are often more immediate pain points than the fit of your current earbuds. The ability to wear your phone securely on your chest while you film frees up your hands for everything else, which is crucial for open ear earbuds for vlogging. However, once you have secured your gear, I would strongly recommend adding the JLab Cloud Foam Earbud to your setup if you plan to record for extended periods. The comfort and stability provided by the memory foam will ensure you can listen to your playback or monitor audio without distraction. Ultimately, the GLOBLELAND case handles the physical safety of your tools, while the JLab tips handle the physical comfort of your experience, but for the mobile vlogger, the protection offered by the case is the foundational priority.
