About Me

When I was younger, I had a Bossa-Noise band. I believe this is the most important thing to know about me, but I still have some interesting hobbies. When not working, I usually still play bass guitar. I don't have a cool band anymore (to be honest my band was never cool, but I like to think it was), but I'm into experiments over klezmer music. Possibly my wife will kill me in the next few months if she gets me talking about John Zorn once again :)

I am a supporter of Botafogo. It is among the most important soccer teams in the history of Brazil and in the World. FIFA considered it among the greatest clubs of the last century. Possibly it will go bankrupt in the near future, but I still love it (even though it doesn't love me back hiring some mercenary players for loads of money) and I spend some of my time tracking its results and seeing its matches.

Finally, I am married and in love with an incredible person that works with advertisement and business intelligence, but is currently moving to computational linguistics. We live in the Brazilian countryside and my most important hobby is to be with her doing kombucha, liqueurs, and vegetarian recipes when we both have time.
