Instructions to Use Files

All the files and app.R files are in the repository above. To run the visualization, follow the instructions below

• Download R studio and install it.
• Download R
• Clone the repository to your local machine
• Open the app.R file in R studio
• Make sure all the libraries are installed from the packages panel in bottom right. (This should work by default)
• Hit the green run app button in R-Studio to run the visualization.
