By booking a cleaning service with JK House Cleaning, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Appointments can be made by phone, email or through our website.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Liability
JK House Cleaning is committed to providing professional services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
