This Privacy Policy applies to the JJBrainWIngsAbacus mobile application, package name `com.jjwings`, published by [Sree Anantha Kannan] ("we", "our", or "us").
JJBrainWIngsAbacus is an educational app for students and administrators. It supports student login, homework and practice activities, progress tracking, notifications, messaging, profile photos, question paper uploads, and achievement content.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and operate the app.
Account and Profile Information

- Student name
- Student ID or login ID
- Password or authentication credentials
- Student level or class level
- Profile photo, if uploaded
- Admin account details, where applicable
Learning and Activity Information
We may collect:
- Assigned homework and practice tasks
- Student answers and task completion status
- Scores, correct and incorrect answers, ranking data, and progress information
- Time taken or other learning performance information
- Messages exchanged between students and administrators
- Notifications sent through the app
Device and App Information

- Device identifiers used to manage student access on the same device
- Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to send push notifications
- Basic app, device, and network information needed for login, security, and app functionality
Files and Media
The app may allow users or administrators to upload:
- Profile photos
- Question papers, including PDF, document, or image files
- Achievement or celebration images
The app does not request access to the camera, contacts, microphone, SMS, call logs, or location through the Android manifest. If a user chooses a file or photo from the device, the selected file is used only for the related app feature.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create, manage, and authenticate student and admin accounts
- Show student homework, practice tasks, scores, rankings, and progress
- Allow administrators to manage students, questions, files, notifications, and messages
- Send push notifications about app activity, assignments, or announcements
- Display uploaded profile photos, question papers, and achievement images
- Keep the app secure and prevent unauthorized access
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve app functionality
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate the app, including:

- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications

Data Storage and Security
The app sends data to our backend service using network connections. User credentials saved on the device are stored using the device keychain or secure credential storage where supported.

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain user information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain learning records, support account access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When an account deletion request is approved, we will delete or de-identify the related account information and associated personal data unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate administrative reasons.
If the app account was provided by a school, academy, tutor, or administrator, deletion requests may need to be verified through that organization or administrator.
Push Notifications
The app may request permission to send push notifications. Push notification tokens are used only to deliver app-related notifications. Users can disable notifications through their device settings.
Children and Students
JJBrainWIngsAbacus may be used by students, including students under the age of 13 or the applicable age of digital consent in their location. Student accounts should be created or managed by an authorized parent, guardian, teacher, academy, or administrator.
We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary for the educational features of the app. Parents, guardians, or authorized administrators may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a student's personal information.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services and SDKs, including Firebase services, for push notifications and app operation. These services may process device or app information as needed to provide their functionality.
