We launched in October 2019 with a focus on short-term rentals and fix & flips. Prior to founding the company, the founders found great success in the short-term and long-term rental markets. Due to this success, both partners paid off their student loan debt and began building an investment portfolio. 

This led to the birth of JJ RE Group, conceived in partnership with fellow advocates who shared the same fervor. Our resolve? To revitalize and uphold the dignity of Black and Brown communities. By weaving together our collective heritage, historical landmarks, and the contemporary need for affordable housing, we are more than just a real estate firm; we're a movement, rooted in the soil of our ancestors, aiming to create a sustainable legacy.
