This privacy policy applies to the JJCLICKWHATS app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by JOHN BASTAWROS (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Access: The Application accesses your device's precise location.
Purpose: To enable the "One Click Location" feature, which generates a WhatsApp link containing your current coordinates when you tap the overlay button during a call.
Data Handling: This data is processed locally in real-time to generate the link and is not saved or sent to any external server.
2. Phone State and Call Log
Access: The Application accesses your Phone State and Call Log.
Purpose: To detect when a phone call starts or ends (to automatically show/hide the overlay button) and to display a local history of calls within the app.
Data Handling: This data remains on your device and is not transmitted off-device.
3. Contacts
Access: The Application accesses your Contacts list.
Purpose: To display the names of your contacts alongside their phone numbers in the app's local call log history.
Data Handling: This data is processed locally to match numbers to names and is not transmitted off-device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application? Since the Application does not transmit any user data to external servers, no data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights? You can stop all access to information by the Application easily by uninstalling it or by revoking permissions in your device settings.
Children The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Application processes data locally without transmitting it to servers, the risk of remote data breach is minimized.
