3. Eligibility for Retail Partners

Access to our inventory and brands is reserved for authorized retailers who complete our Onboarding process. We reserve the right to reject any application based on criteria such as brand integrity and market health.

5. Compliance with MAP Policies

Retail partners who acquire products through JJAlliance USA commit to strictly respecting the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies established by brand owners. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the immediate termination of the business relationship.

JJAlliance USA strives to ensure the accuracy of information and product integrity; however, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to access the website.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where the legal entity of JJAlliance USA LLC resides (Florida, USA), without prejudice to the international trade regulations applicable to our cross-border operations.
