이용약관
본 이용약관은 jjallang24(이하 “서비스 제공업체”)이 제공하는 어플리케이션 ‘환율계산기’(이하 “어플리케이션”)에 적용됩니다.
애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 사용할 경우, 귀하는 자동으로 다음 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 애플리케이션을 사용하기 전에 이 약관을 철저히 읽고 이해해 주시기 바랍니다. 애플리케이션, 애플리케이션의 일부 또는 당사 상표의 무단 복사, 수정은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 애플리케이션의 소스 코드를 추출하거나 애플리케이션을 다른 언어로 번역하거나 파생 버전을 만들려는 시도는 허용되지 않습니다. 애플리케이션과 관련된 모든 상표, 저작권, 데이터베이스 권리 및 기타 지적 재산권은 서비스 제공자의 재산으로 유지됩니다.
서비스 제공업체는 애플리케이션이 최대한 유익하고 효율적이도록 최선을 다해 노력하고 있습니다. 따라서 언제든지 어떤 이유로든 애플리케이션을 수정하거나 서비스 비용을 청구할 권리를 보유합니다. 서비스 제공업체는 애플리케이션 또는 해당 서비스에 대한 모든 요금이 귀하에게 명확하게 전달될 것임을 보장합니다.
애플리케이션은 서비스 제공을 위해 귀하가 서비스 제공자에게 제공한 개인 데이터를 저장하고 처리합니다. 휴대폰의 보안과 애플리케이션 액세스를 유지하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 서비스 제공업체는 장치의 공식 운영 체제에서 부과하는 소프트웨어 제한 사항 및 제한 사항을 제거하는 등 휴대폰을 탈옥하거나 루팅하지 말 것을 강력히 권고합니다. 이러한 행위로 인해 귀하의 휴대폰이 맬웨어, 바이러스, 악성 프로그램에 노출될 수 있고, 휴대폰의 보안 기능이 손상될 수 있으며, 애플리케이션이 제대로 작동하지 않거나 전혀 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

서비스 제공업체는 특정 측면에 대해 책임을 지지 않는다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 애플리케이션의 일부 기능을 사용하려면 Wi-Fi 또는 모바일 네트워크 공급자가 제공하는 활성 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. Wi-Fi 접속 부족으로 인해 애플리케이션이 전체 용량으로 작동하지 않거나 데이터 허용량을 모두 소진한 경우 서비스 제공업체는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Wi-Fi 지역 밖에서 애플리케이션을 사용하는 경우 이동통신사의 계약 조건이 여전히 적용된다는 점에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 결과적으로, 애플리케이션에 연결하는 동안 데이터 사용에 대해 이동통신사로부터 요금이 부과되거나 기타 제3자 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다. 애플리케이션을 사용함으로써 귀하는 데이터 로밍을 비활성화하지 않고 본국(즉, 지역 또는 국가) 외부에서 애플리케이션을 사용하는 경우 로밍 데이터 요금을 포함한 모든 요금에 대한 책임을 집니다. 귀하가 애플리케이션을 사용하는 장치의 요금 납부자가 아닌 경우, 해당 기기는 귀하가 요금 납부자로부터 허가를 받은 것으로 간주합니다.
마찬가지로, 서비스 제공업체는 귀하의 애플리케이션 사용에 대해 항상 책임을 질 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 장치가 충전된 상태로 유지되도록 하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 장치의 배터리가 부족하여 서비스에 액세스할 수 없는 경우 서비스 제공업체는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
귀하의 애플리케이션 사용에 대한 서비스 제공업체의 책임과 관련하여, 서비스 제공업체는 애플리케이션이 항상 업데이트되고 정확하도록 노력하지만 정보를 제공하기 위해 제3자에게 의존한다는 점에 유의하는 것이 중요합니다. 귀하는 애플리케이션의 이 기능에 전적으로 의존한 결과로 발생하는 직간접적인 손실에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 어느 시점에 애플리케이션을 업데이트하기를 원할 수 있습니다. 애플리케이션은 운영 체제(및 애플리케이션 가용성을 확장하기로 결정한 추가 시스템)의 요구 사항에 따라 현재 사용할 수 있으며, 애플리케이션을 계속 사용하려면 업데이트를 다운로드해야 합니다. 서비스 제공업체는 귀하와 관련이 있거나 귀하의 장치에 설치된 특정 운영 체제 버전과 호환되도록 애플리케이션을 항상 업데이트할 것이라고 보장하지 않습니다. 그러나 귀하는 귀하에게 제공되는 애플리케이션 업데이트를 항상 수락하는 데 동의합니다. 서비스 제공업체는 또한 애플리케이션 제공을 중단하기를 원할 수 있으며 귀하에게 종료 통지를 제공하지 않고 언제든지 애플리케이션 사용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 귀하에게 달리 알리지 않는 한, 종료 시 (a) 본 약관에 따라 귀하에게 부여된 권리와 라이선스는 종료됩니다. (b) 귀하는 애플리케이션 사용을 중단하고 (필요한 경우) 귀하의 장치에서 해당 애플리케이션을 삭제해야 합니다.
본 이용 약관의 변경
서비스 제공업체는 정기적으로 이용약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 따라서 이 페이지를 정기적으로 검토하여 변경 사항이 있는지 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 서비스 제공업체는 이 페이지에 새로운 이용 약관을 게시하여 변경 사항을 알려드립니다.
이 약관은 2025년 4월 1일부터 적용됩니다.

These Terms of Service apply to the “Currency Converter” application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) provided by jjallang24 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read and understand these Terms thoroughly before using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of any part of the Application, or of our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into another language, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge fees for the service at any time for any reason. The Service Provider will ensure that all charges for the Application or related services are clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to deliver the service. Maintaining the security of your phone and its access to the Application is your responsibility. The Service Provider strongly recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, for example, by removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system of the device. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, or malicious software, compromise its security features, or result in the Application not functioning properly or failing to work altogether.

Google Play Services
Please be aware that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects. Some features of the Application require an active internet connection provided by a Wi-Fi or mobile network operator. The Service Provider is not liable if the Application does not operate at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi connectivity or if you exceed your data allowance.
When using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please note that the contract terms of your mobile carrier continue to apply. As a result, you may incur data charges or other third-party fees from your mobile carrier while connected to the Application. By using the Application without disabling data roaming, you accept full responsibility for any fees incurred, including roaming data charges, when using the Application outside your home region (i.e., country or region). If you are not the account holder for the device on which the Application is used, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the account holder.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for your use of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if your device’s battery runs out, preventing access to the service.
Regarding the Service Provider’s liability for your use of the Application, please note that while the Service Provider makes efforts to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third parties for certain information. You bear full responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your sole reliance on such features of the Application.
The Service Provider may choose to update the Application at any time. The Application is available for use subject to the requirements of the operating system (and any additional systems deemed necessary to expand the Application’s availability), and you must download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated for you or that it will be compatible with specific operating system versions installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept the Application updates made available to you. The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Application without notice to you, terminating your access to the Application. Upon termination, unless otherwise notified, (a) any rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if necessary.
Changes to these Terms of Service
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. It is recommended that you review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
These Terms shall be effective as of April 1, 2025.
