I am a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University.

My research focuses on labor organizing and employment relations with particular attention to the video game industry in the United States and South Korea.

My work examines how workers and their allies build collective power in digital  industries through qualitative and comparative research.
