I grew up in a beautiful city called Kandy, in Sri Lanka. I completed my bachelors degree in chemistry at University of Peradeniya. During my undergraduate period, I worked on nanoparticles and drug delivery based researches. I am now reading for my phd in chemistry at Ohio University. I have joined Dr.Chen's group and currently working on Perovskite Quantum Dots.

During my leisure time, I enjoy playing my guitar, listening to music, watching movies, hanging out with my friends and exploring new places, etc.
