Policy impact / Media
In addition to my academic work, I have analysed the Swedish labour market and employment relations-related issues and my works have been regularly published at the International Labour Brief from the Korea Labour Institute (KLI) since 2015. I have also participated in various research projects published as reports for government organisations. Please see below the selected papers and check here, if interested in reading the full papers.
I also actively engage with stakeholders through regular column contributions to a Korean newspaper (Kyunghyang Shinmun, Column link), media interviews, and guest lectures in various settings. I primarily address current European issues through my columns, highlighting their significance and drawing implications from them.
