Welcome

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor in the US system) in International HRM/Employment Relations at the Organisation Studies Group, University of Edinburgh Business School. Prior to Edinburgh, I worked at the University of Greenwich, London (Lecturer) and Stockholm School of Economics (Postdoctoral fellow). 

I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) in 2019. I received an MSc from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2013 and a BA from Korea University (including an exchange student program at Uppsala University) in 2011.
