BladeCraft ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile game developed byJinxi Soft
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information when you use our game BladeCraft (the "Game").
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the Game.
a. Information you provide directly
None. The Game does not require account creation, login, or any personal information.
b. Automatically collected data
Device information: Device type, operating system version, device language, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID).
Gameplay data: In-game progress (sharpening level, Nuggets, Sparks, unlocked items, scores). This data is stored locally on your device only and is not sent to us.
Performance & error logs: Crash reports and basic performance metrics (e.g., frame rate, load times) if a crash occurs. These may be sent to us only if you explicitly allow it (via Unity crash reporting, if enabled).
We do not collect:
Name, email, phone number, location, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or any other personal identifiers.
Any data for advertising profiling or third-party tracking (no ads are currently implemented).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information only to:
Provide and operate the Game (local save/load of progress).
Improve game performance and fix bugs (anonymous crash/performance data).
No data is used for marketing, profiling, or sold to third parties.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not share your information with third parties, except:
With service providers (Unity Technologies) for crash reporting and performance analytics, only if you enable these features. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
If required by law (e.g., court order).
4. Data Storage & Security
All gameplay progress is stored locally on your device (PlayerPrefs).
No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect any crash/performance data received.
5. Your Choices & Rights
You can delete all local game data by clearing the app storage or uninstalling the Game.
You can disable crash reporting and analytics in the Game settings (if implemented).
Because we collect almost no personal data, most GDPR/CCPA rights (access, deletion, etc.) do not apply — but you may contact us anyway.
6. Children's Privacy
BladeCraft is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Effective Date". Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
