Things that sustain me
Knitting, running, and meditating help me stay grounded and mindful. Particularly, I find knitting closely parallels research, as both require taking ownership of a project, choosing the right materials and methods, and patiently building up each row. Mistakes can always be unraveled and recalibrated. Despite moments of uncertainty, focus leads to completion, and sometimes, joy for others.
These remind me to stay present, rebuild rhythm, and return to research with renewed confidence.
🚀 Anywhere.
