About Me

I work as a consultant in the aerospace industry on a freelance basis. My services include UAV/MAV/NAV design and modeling, flight control system design, assisting the generation of aerodynamic data and flight testing, development of six-degree-of-freedom nonlinear/linear simulation of UAV/MAV/NAV, and assisting the development of hardware-in-the-loop simulation facility.

I received my Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from IISc in 2018. In my Ph.D. dissertation, I designed and developed one of the smallest fixed-wing nano aerial vehicle (NAV) and its flight controller. From Dec. 2018 to Dec 2019, I was associated with General Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd., where my job was to develop flight control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. Besides this, I worked as a lecturer in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Federal Institute of Science and Technology, India, from April 2007 to July 2009.

My research interests are robust control theory, guidance and control of unmanned systems, simultaneous stabilization and estimation, sliding mode control, flight dynamics and control, reinforcement learning, optimal control, robust estimators for small aerial vehicles, consensus of multi-agents, and the design and development of autonomous vehicles.
