Hi there, my name is Huang Jingwen. I am a one-year Ph.D. student majoring in formal semantics at Tsinghua University, co-supervised by Liu Mingming (Tsinghua University) and Luo Zhuosi (Beijing Foreign Studies University).

My current research focuses on the plural marker -ɕiɛ in Chengdu Chinese. I also work on the semantics and pragmatics of the sentence-final particle le₂ in Mandarin.  My previous work centers on negative causation in natural language, with a special focus on zuzhi 'prevent', zu'ai 'hinder' and jinzhi 'prohibit' in Mandarin Chinese.
