Recent Activities (2017-2018)

This is the third time being chairman of an internation conference at USQ Sprinfield campus. Iam grateful to be given the opportuniety by ISEC society.

It was a pleasure to work with some lovely persons. It's rewarding , though some hard work and decent time spent with it. Being one of the proceeding editors and involved with the organisation of Geomate and SEE 2019, I am grateful to be able to meet peole from various countries.

With the Mie Unviversity funding, I was a ble to visit Mie University for a 3 month period. Tsu city is a quiet compact city, just like my home at Toowoomba. Simple life with my bicycle every day around the campuses. It was really cold in winter with the strong wind from ocean.

Deliveries of lectures to students at  King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand. Thanks for the invitation.  It was great to establish some research coorporation with the local group on tunneling.

Through a formal invitation and USQ leave and an affordable ticket, I visited Nie University for the first time during the summber here in Australia.And yes, it was very cold at Tsu city. Lovely to meet some students there and enjoy a different astomphere  of work environment.
