When reporting a technical problem, you may include:
• Your Android version
• Your device model
• Your Tavunelo version
• A description of what happened
• The steps that caused the problem
Please do not send passwords, signing credentials, private keys, or sensitive information stored inside your tasks, comments, or trackers.
Tavunelo does not use accounts or cloud synchronization. Jim's Playables cannot remotely access or recover information stored locally inside the app.
