This sample is drawn from a successful research funding proposal for Mohawk College’s Energy and Power Innovation Centre. I performed substantive editing, restructuring, and rewriting across technical, institutional, market, governance, and research sections. The work required synthesizing input from multiple sources and stakeholders, strengthening the argument and overall narrative, and making specialized information clear and persuasive for a generalist review audience. 

This case study shows how I independently developed company-wide standards for FAQ content at FactSet. I addressed inconsistent structure, duplicated information, and poor findability by defining when FAQs should be used, how pages should be organized, and how questions and answers should be written. The project involved editorial standards, content governance, information architecture, and organization-wide process improvement.

I created this Help Center page from source material originally developed as a financial-engineering white paper. I edited and structured complex material covering normal and fat-tail models, covariance adjustment, Gaussian copulas, mathematical notation, and scenario-generation procedures while preserving technical accuracy and improving organization, clarity, and usability.
